2 cups Cauliflower florets
1 cup Broccoli florets
2 tbsp Non-fat Greek Yogurt

PREPARATION
Place cauliflower florets and peeled garlic cloves in a steamer basket over boiling water and steam for 10-12 minutes until very soft.
In the last 5 minutes of steaming the cauliflower, add the broccoli florets to the steamer basket until they are tender-crisp and bright green.
Transfer the steamed cauliflower and garlic to a bowl or food processor, add the Greek yogurt, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat avocado oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
