1 cup Mixed Berries

PREPARATION
Place the Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl and add the vanilla protein powder.
Whisk the yogurt and protein powder vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
In a clean glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries over the yogurt layer.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries.
