0.25 tsp smoked paprika
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil and brown the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic until fully cooked.
4. Stir in the cooked white rice, cauliflower rice, tomato puree, sea salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and smoked paprika.
5. Simmer the mixture for 2-3 minutes until the flavors are well combined.
6. Stuff the prepared bell peppers with the beef and rice mixture, pressing down gently.
7. Place the peppers in a baking dish and add a splash of water to the bottom of the dish.
8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the peppers are tender and slightly charred.
