INGREDIENTS
100g Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
125g Mixed Berries (Blueberries and Raspberries)
12g Slivered Almonds
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Chia Seeds
PREPARATION
Place the slivered almonds in a small dry skillet over medium heat and toast for 2-3 minutes until golden and fragrant, then set aside to cool.
In a small bowl or glass jar, spoon in half of the Greek yogurt to form the base layer.
Top the yogurt with half of the mixed berries and a light sprinkle of chia seeds.
Add the remaining Greek yogurt as the next layer, followed by the rest of the mixed berries.
Finish the parfait by scattering the toasted almonds on top and drizzling with the honey.
