PREPARATION
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg whites, chocolate protein powder, and almond milk until the powder is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Place the sprouted grain bread slices into the batter and let them soak for about 30 seconds on each side until they have absorbed most of the liquid.
Heat the avocado oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
