PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a large oven-safe ramekin with the coconut oil.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut flour, baking powder, and sea salt until no lumps remain.
Add the liquid egg whites, vanilla extract, and exactly half of the Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients, stirring until the batter is smooth and glossy.
Pour the chocolate batter into the prepared ramekin and press the dark chocolate chips into the center of the batter so they are fully submerged.
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until the edges are firm and the top is set but the center still has a slight jiggle.
