0.9 cup Mixed Berries
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
7g Sliced Almonds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, combine the non-fat Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder.
Whisk the mixture vigorously until the powder is fully incorporated and the yogurt is light and fluffy.
Wash the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon half of the protein-yogurt mixture into the bottom.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt mixture and the rest of the berries.
Finish by sprinkling the hemp hearts and sliced almonds over the top for a nutty, toasted crunch.
