0.5 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
0.75 cup Fresh Mixed Berries
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon Slivered Almonds
PREPARATION
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
Gently fold in the chia seeds and let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow the seeds to begin hydrating.
In a clean glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
