PREPARATION
Drain the canned tuna thoroughly and place it in a medium mixing bowl.
Combine the tuna with Greek yogurt, sriracha, lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper, mashing with a fork until the mixture is creamy and well incorporated.
Lay one nori sheet on a clean, dry surface or a bamboo sushi mat and spread 0.25 cup of cooked rice in a thin, even layer, leaving the top inch of the seaweed empty.
Arrange half of the tuna mixture, sliced cucumber, and avocado in a horizontal line across the lower third of the rice layer.
