In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, half of the parmesan cheese, the egg, garlic powder, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly using a spatula or your hands until a uniform dough-like consistency is achieved.
Place the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and pat it down into a rectangle approximately 1/4-inch thick.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until the edges are beginning to brown and the center is firm to the touch.
Remove from the oven, lightly brush the top with olive oil, and sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese evenly over the surface.
Switch the oven to the broil setting and return the tray to the oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing into strips and garnishing with finely chopped fresh parsley.
