Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Scrub the sweet potato and prick it several times with a fork.
Place the turkey breast on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Rub the turkey with 0.5 tbsp olive oil, dried rosemary, dried thyme, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Add the sweet potato to the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
Toss the asparagus with the remaining 0.5 tbsp olive oil and add it to the baking sheet.
Roast for another 15 to 20 minutes until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the roasted asparagus.
Let the turkey breast rest for 5 minutes before slicing to keep it tender.
Serve the sliced turkey with the sweet potato and cheesy asparagus.
