PREPARATION
Place the non-fat Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla whey protein isolate to the yogurt and stir vigorously until the powder is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
Wash and pat dry the mixed berries, slicing any large strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
In a clear glass or parfait jar, spoon in half of the protein-enriched yogurt mixture.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries over the yogurt.
Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt and the rest of the berries.
