Preheat oven to 375°F and line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, almond flour, finely diced onion, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Mix gently by hand until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Shape the mixture into a compact loaf and place it in the prepared baking dish.
Brush 1 tablespoon of the BBQ sauce over the top and sides of the loaf.
Wrap the bacon slices over the loaf, tucking the ends underneath.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, then brush the remaining BBQ sauce over the bacon.
Bake for another 5-10 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
