INGREDIENTS
6 oz Non-fat Greek Yogurt
1 Large Egg
1/2 cup Strawberries
1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
1 cup Baby Spinach
1 tsp Honey
PREPARATION
Bring a small pot of water to a boil and cook the egg for 6-7 minutes for a jammy yolk.
Place the fresh baby spinach in the bottom of a breakfast bowl.
Spoon the chilled Greek yogurt over the spinach.
Slice the fresh strawberries and arrange them on one side of the yogurt.
Peel the egg, slice it in half, and place it on the other side of the bowl.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with hemp seeds before serving.
