PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a donut pan with the coconut oil.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the oat flour, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, sea salt, and 1 tablespoon of the monkfruit sweetener.
Add the Greek yogurt, liquid egg whites, and 0.5 teaspoon of the vanilla bean paste to the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick, smooth batter forms.
Transfer the batter into a piping bag or a large zip-top bag with the corner cut off and pipe the mixture evenly into 4 donut molds.
