Add the ground turkey and diced bell peppers to the skillet, breaking up the turkey with a spatula until it is cooked through and no longer pink.
Stir in the fresh spinach, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika, cooking just until the spinach is wilted.
In a small bowl, whisk together the large eggs and egg whites until well combined.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the turkey and vegetable base in the skillet.
Sprinkle the shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the top of the egg mixture.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
