2 cups Cauliflower Florets
1 cup Green Beans
2 tbsp Nonfat Greek Yogurt

PREPARATION
Place cauliflower florets and peeled garlic cloves in a steamer basket over boiling water and steam for 10-12 minutes until very soft.
Add green beans to the steamer during the last 5 minutes of cooking until they are bright green and crisp-tender.
Transfer the steamed cauliflower and garlic to a bowl, add Greek yogurt and a pinch of salt, then mash or blend until smooth and creamy.
Heat avocado oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper, then place it in the skillet skin-side up.
