100g 2% Plain Greek Yogurt
150g Mixed Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)
12g Slivered Almonds
2 teaspoons Raw Honey
PREPARATION
Wash and thoroughly pat dry the mixed berries if using fresh, or slightly thaw if using frozen.
In a clear glass or small bowl, add half of the plain Greek yogurt to form the base layer.
Top the yogurt with half of the mixed berries.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt and then the remaining berries.
Drizzle the raw honey evenly over the top of the berry layer.
Finish by sprinkling the toasted slivered almonds over the top for a fresh crunch.
