PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread the vegetables in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes.
While vegetables roast, rub the salmon fillet with the remaining olive oil, ground turmeric, garlic powder, and the remaining salt and pepper.
Move the vegetables to one side of the pan and place the salmon on the other side, then roast for an additional 10 to 12 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flaky.
Remove from the oven and drizzle the fresh lemon juice over the salmon and roasted vegetables before serving warm.
