Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Pat the pork ribs dry with a paper towel and rub the spice mixture evenly over all sides of the meat.
Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in a piece of aluminum foil and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake for 90 to 120 minutes, or until the meat is tender and starting to pull away from the bone.
While the ribs bake, whisk together the tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, and honey in a small bowl to create the glaze.
Carefully open the foil packet, brush the glaze generously over the top of the ribs, and return them to the oven under the broiler for 3-5 minutes until the glaze is bubbly and slightly charred.
While the ribs finish, steam the broccoli florets over boiling water for 5-6 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
Serve the glazed ribs immediately alongside the fresh steamed broccoli.
