PREPARATION
Place the non-fat Greek yogurt in a medium mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla whey protein isolate to the yogurt and stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and no powder remains.
If using frozen berries, thaw them slightly; if using fresh, wash and pat them dry.
In a glass or parfait jar, layer half of the protein-yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries over the yogurt.
Repeat with the remaining yogurt mixture and top with the rest of the berries.
