1.5 cups Cauliflower florets
1 cup Green beans
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 clove Garlic
PREPARATION
Steam cauliflower florets until very tender, about 10-12 minutes.
While cauliflower steams, trim green beans and steam them for 5-6 minutes until crisp-tender.
Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until crispy, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Drain cauliflower and blend or mash with minced garlic until smooth and creamy.
