Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 2 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each piece into a rope approximately 6 inches long.
Place the ropes on the prepared baking sheet, leaving at least an inch of space between each breadstick.
In a small microwave-safe dish, melt the ghee and stir in the finely minced garlic.
Brush the garlic-ghee mixture generously over the top of each breadstick.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan, dried oregano, and black pepper evenly across the breadsticks.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the breadsticks are puffed and have achieved a beautiful golden-brown color.
