0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the ziti in boiling water for 2 minutes less than the package directions for al dente texture.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds.
Add the ground turkey to the skillet, seasoning with sea salt and black pepper, and cook until browned.
Stir in the fresh baby spinach until just wilted, then pour in the tomato puree and dried oregano.
Remove from heat and fold in the cooked ziti and part-skim ricotta cheese until well combined.
