INGREDIENTS
75g Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
150g Mixed Berries
20g Granola
10g Sliced Almonds
1.5 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
PREPARATION
Rinse and dry the fresh berries thoroughly.
Lightly toast the almond slices and coconut flakes in a small dry pan over medium heat until they are golden and fragrant.
Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom of a glass or small bowl.
Layer half of the mixed berries and all of the chia seeds over the yogurt.
Add the remaining Greek yogurt followed by the rest of the berries and the granola.
Garnish the top with the toasted almonds and coconut flakes.
Finish the parfait with a sweet drizzle of honey before serving.
