INGREDIENTS
200g Non-fat Greek Yogurt
20g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
100g Mixed Berries
15g Hemp Hearts
PREPARATION
Place the Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla protein powder and stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and whipped.
In a glass or jar, layer half of the protein yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat with the remaining yogurt and berries.
