PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat the olive oil in a medium oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
Add the diced sweet potato, onion, and red bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the potatoes begin to soften.
Add the ground turkey to the pan along with the sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika, breaking it up with a spatula until fully browned.
