2 sheets Nori

PREPARATION
In a small bowl, fold the rice vinegar and sea salt into the warm cooked sushi rice until well combined.
Slice the fresh ahi tuna into long, thin strips approximately half an inch thick.
Peel and julienne the cucumber into matchsticks and thinly slice the avocado.
Place one nori sheet on a bamboo rolling mat and spread half of the seasoned rice evenly over the bottom two-thirds of the sheet.
Layer half of the tuna strips, cucumber, and avocado across the center of the rice.
