250g Non-fat Greek Yogurt
12g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
80g Fresh Blueberries
18g Natural Almond Butter
PREPARATION
Place the non-fat Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla protein powder to the yogurt and whisk vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
Wash the fresh blueberries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a clear glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Top the yogurt layer with half of the fresh blueberries.
Add the remaining protein yogurt as the next layer, followed by the rest of the blueberries.
If the almond butter is stiff, microwave it for 10 seconds to reach a drizzling consistency.
Finish the parfait by drizzling the almond butter over the top layer of berries.
