Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

While the ribs bake, whisk together the tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and mustard in a small bowl to create the glaze.
Carefully open the foil, brush the glaze generously over the top of the ribs, and broil on high for 3-5 minutes until the glaze is bubbly and caramelized.
Trim the ends of the green beans and steam them for 5-7 minutes until they are bright green and crisp-tender.
Serve the glazed ribs immediately alongside the steamed green beans.
