Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned, seasoning with the garlic powder and half of the dried oregano.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and sea salt until a dough forms.
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out into a thin circle, approximately 8-9 inches in diameter.
Cut the string cheese stick into four long strips and place them around the perimeter of the dough, about half an inch from the edge.
Fold the edges of the dough over the cheese strips and press firmly to seal the stuffed crust.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the center of the dough, then sprinkle with the remaining dried oregano.
Top the pizza with the cooked ground turkey, turkey pepperoni slices, and chopped Canadian bacon.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the meats.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
