Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Peel and cube the sweet potato into half-inch pieces.
On a large baking sheet, toss the sweet potato cubes with half of the olive oil, 0.125 tsp sea salt, and 0.125 tsp black pepper.
Roast the sweet potatoes for 10 minutes.
While the potatoes roast, form the ground turkey into a small patty and season both the chicken breast and turkey patty with dried oregano, garlic powder, rosemary, and the remaining salt and pepper.
Heat the remaining olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the chicken and turkey patty for 3 minutes on each side until a golden crust forms.
Add the broccoli florets to the baking sheet with the sweet potatoes, tossing them in the residual oil from the tray.
Transfer the skillet with the meat into the oven alongside the vegetable baking sheet.
Roast for 10 to 12 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove from the oven and let the meat rest for 5 minutes to lock in the juices before serving.
