Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and toss them in a bowl with 0.5 tablespoon of olive oil, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
While the chicken is roasting, trim the ends off the green beans.
