PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 325°F and lightly grease a small oven-safe ramekin with coconut oil spray.
Steam the cauliflower until it is very tender, then place it in a blender with the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt, processing until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
