0.5 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1 cup Mixed Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1.5 tablespoons Hemp Hearts
1 teaspoon Honey
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, combine the nonfat Greek yogurt and the vanilla protein powder.
Stir the mixture vigorously until the protein powder is completely dissolved and the yogurt is velvety smooth.
Rinse the mixed berries and pat them dry, slicing any larger strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon half of the protein-enriched yogurt into the bottom to form the base layer.
Add half of the fresh mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries.
