200g Nonfat Greek Yogurt
15g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
150g Mixed Berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
20g Natural Almond Butter
PREPARATION
Place the nonfat Greek yogurt into a small mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla protein powder to the yogurt and whisk vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
Rinse the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Add half of the fresh mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries.
Drizzle the almond butter over the top of the final berry layer, warming it slightly if needed to achieve a pourable consistency.
