1 cup Liquid egg whites
0.5 cup Cooked jasmine rice
1 tsp Toasted sesame oil

0.25 cup Green onions
0.25 tsp Black pepper
PREPARATION
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the diced Spam Lite.
Sear the Spam cubes, tossing occasionally, until every side is golden brown and crispy, then remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the toasted sesame oil and minced garlic, sautéing for about 30 seconds until highly fragrant.
Add the cooked jasmine rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps and tossing it with the garlic and tamari.
Push the rice to one side of the pan and pour the liquid egg whites into the empty space.
Gently scramble the egg whites until they are fully cooked and fluffy, then fold them into the garlic rice.
Stir the crispy Spam and sliced green onions back into the rice mixture.
