Brush 1 tablespoon of the sugar-free BBQ sauce over the top of the loaf.
Drape the bacon slices over the loaf, tucking the ends underneath to secure them.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F and the bacon is rendered.
Brush the remaining tablespoon of BBQ sauce over the bacon during the last 5 minutes of cooking for a glossy finish.
