1 tbsp Shredded mozzarella cheese
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, grated parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, sea salt, and black pepper.
Mix the ingredients by hand until fully incorporated and a dough-like consistency is formed.
Place the turkey mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and press it down into a flat rectangle about 1/2-inch thick.
