In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Spread the yogurt mixture over the turkey and potatoes in the skillet.
Create two small wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until egg whites are set but yolks remain runny.
Garnish with chopped fresh chives before serving.
