6 oz Salmon Fillet
2 cups Cauliflower florets
1 cup Green beans
1 tsp Olive oil
0.5 tsp Ghee
1 clove Garlic
PREPARATION
Place cauliflower florets and green beans in a steamer basket over boiling water.
Steam the vegetables for 8-10 minutes or until the cauliflower is very soft and the green beans are tender-crisp.
Remove the green beans and set aside.
Transfer the steamed cauliflower to a blender or food processor with the ghee and minced garlic, then process until smooth and creamy.
Season the salmon fillet with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the salmon skin-side down in the pan and sear for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through to your preference.
