1 tbsp Chia Seeds
0.75 cup Mixed Berries
2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 tbsp Slivered Almonds
PREPARATION
Stir the chia seeds into the Greek yogurt and let it rest for five minutes to allow the seeds to swell.
Place half of the chia-yogurt mixture into the bottom of a glass or bowl.
Layer half of the mixed berries and one tablespoon of hemp hearts over the yogurt.
