Tender Garlic Herb Roasted Beef
Slow-roasted top sirloin rubbed with aromatic garlic and fresh herbs, served alongside vibrant, tender-crisp carrots and green beans.
INGREDIENTS
5.5 oz Beef Top Sirloin Roast
0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp Fresh Rosemary
1 tsp Fresh Thyme
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
1 cup Carrots
1 cup Green beans
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, sea salt, and black pepper to create a fragrant herb paste.
Pat the beef top sirloin roast dry with paper towels and rub the herb paste evenly over all sides of the meat.
Place the seasoned roast in the center of a roasting pan and arrange the sliced carrots and trimmed green beans around the perimeter.
Roast in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the beef reaches 135°F for medium-rare.
Remove the pan from the oven, transfer the beef to a cutting board, and let it rest for 10 minutes to lock in the juices before slicing thinly against the grain.
