PREPARATION
Cut the mozzarella string cheese in half crosswise and then lengthwise to create four small sticks, then lightly press them flat.
Season the ground beef with sea salt and black pepper, then form into a wide, thin patty.
Heat avocado oil in a high-quality non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the turkey bacon to the skillet and cook until crisp, then remove and set aside on a paper towel.
