1 cup Mixed Berries

PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the non-fat Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and aerated.
Fold in the chia seeds and allow the mixture to sit for about 3 minutes so the seeds can begin to swell and thicken the yogurt.
