1.5 tsp Hemp Hearts
1 tsp Honey
PREPARATION
In a small bowl or glass, place half of the Greek yogurt.
Top with a layer of half the mixed berries and half the walnuts.
Add the remaining Greek yogurt followed by the rest of the berries and walnuts.
Sprinkle the hemp hearts over the top.
Drizzle with raw honey and serve immediately.
