INGREDIENTS
3 oz Low-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries
1/2 cup Sliced Strawberries
1.5 tbsp Slivered Almonds
1 tbsp Raw Honey
1/2 tsp Chia Seeds
PREPARATION
Wash the blueberries and strawberries, then thinly slice the strawberries.
Place the slivered almonds in a small dry skillet over medium heat and toast for 2-3 minutes until golden and fragrant.
In a glass or small bowl, spoon in half of the Greek yogurt to form the base layer.
Add a layer of blueberries and sliced strawberries, then sprinkle with half of the chia seeds.
Add the remaining Greek yogurt on top of the fruit layer.
Finish the parfait by adding the rest of the berries and the toasted slivered almonds.
Drizzle the raw honey over the top and serve immediately.
