150g Sweet Potato
100g Green Beans
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic
PREPARATION
Peel and cube the sweet potato, then boil in water for 12-15 minutes until tender.
Drain the potatoes and mash them with half of the olive oil and a pinch of sea salt until smooth.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
