PREPARATION
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season them with sea salt and black pepper.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and sear the shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.
Lower the heat to medium and add the ghee to the same skillet. Stir in the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for 30 seconds until aromatic.
