PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus spears and place them on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
Place the salmon fillet on the other side of the sheet pan, ensuring there is enough space for air to circulate.
Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil evenly over both the salmon and the asparagus.
In a small bowl, mix the sea salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and garlic powder, then sprinkle the mixture over the salmon and vegetables.
